1 General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to gbajee club. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the gbajee club platform and all its services. By registering or using the platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Gbajee Club reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and members will be given reasonable notice before any changes take effect.

These terms and Gbajee Club's Privacy Policy together form a complete agreement. In the event of any conflict, these terms shall take precedence.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To register an account with Gbajee Club, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.

Each individual is entitled to only one can open an account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• The phone number or email provided at registration must be verified.
• As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, a copy of your national ID or passport may be requested.
• Full identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be made.
• It is solely the member's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

If unusual activity is detected on an account, Gbajee Club reserves the right to suspend it immediately and will notify the member by email or phone.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

To participate on Gbajee Club, you must be 18 years of age or older is required. Under no circumstances may minors use this platform.

The following individuals are also not permitted to use Gbajee Club:

• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is strictly prohibited
• Gbajee Club employees and their immediate family members
• Those whose accounts were previously closed due to fraud
• Individuals with an active self-exclusion

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Gbajee Club accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amount ৳200 with a maximum daily limit of ৳50,000.

Important Withdrawal Information:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Gbajee Club reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals and request supporting documents if fraud or money laundering is suspected. The member will be notified as promptly as possible in such cases.

5 Betting Rules & Terms

The following betting rules apply equally to all members on Gbajee Club:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Minimum bet: ৳20. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the event and market.
• Odds in live betting may change in real time. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation will be considered final.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, all bets placed on that market will be refunded.
• Any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void.

Any attempt at match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage will result in immediate account closure and a report to the relevant authorities. Gbajee Club is committed to upholding the integrity of sport.

6 Bonus & Promotional Terms

Gbajee Club offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Rollover requirements must generally be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise specified.
• Bets placed using a bonus must have minimum odds of 1.5.

Gbajee Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion. Active members will be notified in advance of such changes.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gbajee Club platform:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts
2. Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
3. Placing bets using bots or automated software
4. Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for personal gain
5. Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
6. Involvement in match fixing or manipulation of sporting results
7. Attempting to defraud or harm other members
8. Cyberattacks or sending malicious code to the platform

Any of the above actions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Gbajee Club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms
• Suspected fraud
• If proof of underage status is found
• Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more)
• At the member's request

Members may request account closure at any time. Any balance in the account will be refunded, provided the rollover requirements have been met.

9 Limitation of Liability

Gbajee Club will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Transactions delayed due to third-party payment gateway issues
• Bets placed incorrectly due to a member's own error
• Activities carried out by a third party using a member's account
• Losses arising from the cancellation or alteration of sporting events

That said, Gbajee Club always endeavors to resolve technical issues promptly and to ensure fair compensation for members where applicable.

10 Changes to Terms & Communications

Gbajee Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, active members will be notified in advance via email or platform notification.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

The Bangla version of these terms is the governing document. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bangla version shall prevail.
